How to reset or factory restore Innostream INNO 75 device?
The Innostream INNO 75 device is a business VoIP phone system that can be configured to various settings and features. If you need to reset or factory restore your INNO 75 device, you can follow the steps below.
Before proceeding with the reset process, make sure to back up your current settings and configurations, as they will be lost during the reset process.
To reset the INNO 75 device to its factory settings, you can follow one of the methods below:
Method 1: Using the RJ-45 cable
1. Turn off the power to the device by unplugging the Ethernet cable.
2. Connect the RJ-45 cable from the RESET button of the INNO 75 device to any computer running the InnostreamINNO Management software.
3. Open the InnostreamINNO Management software and select the "INNO 75" device from the list.
4. Click on the "Settings" tab and then click on the "Reset Settings" button.
5. Confirm the reset and wait for the device to restart.
6. Once the device has restarted, you can disconnect the RJ-45 cable from the computer.
Method 2: Using the recovery image
1. Download the INNO 75 recovery image from the Innostream support website.
2. Place the recovery image in a USB drive and ensure that it has enough free space.
3. Connect the USB drive to the INNO 75 device via any of the USB ports.
4. Turn off the power to the device by unplugging the Ethernet cable.
5. Press and hold the RESET button of the INNO 75 device for 10 seconds until the red LED starts flashing.
6. Continue holding the RESET button while inserting the USB drive into the device until the green LED stops flashing.
7. Release the RESET button and wait for the device to restart.
8. Once the device has restarted, remove the USB drive and unplug any other peripherals connected to the device.
