How to reset or factory restore Plum Sync device?
Plum Sync devices are designed to securely sync your important data across your various devices. However, upon occasion, users may need to reset or factory restore their Plum Sync device. Fortunately, there are a few common and recommended ways to do so:
1. Use the Plum Sync App: First and foremost, you can use the Plum Sync app to reset or factory restore your device. To do this, follow these steps:
a. Open the Plum Sync app on your device.
b. Tap on the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the app window.
c. Tap on "Account" to open the account settings menu.
d. Tap on "Device" in the sidebar.
e. Snap "Factory Reset Device" and tap on it to begin the process.
2. Use the Plum Sync Portal: If you cannot use the Plum Sync app on your device, you can try using your web browser to access your account and reset your device. Here are the steps:
a. Open your web browser and navigate to the Plum Sync portal ().
