Method 1: Soft Reset
1. Turn off the device by pressing and holding the Power button for 10 seconds until the device completely powers off.
2. Press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons for 30 seconds.
3. Release the Power and Volume buttons and wait for the device to boot up in recovery mode.
