How to reset or factory restore Yezz Andy 4.5EL LTE device?
Here are the steps to reset or factory restore a Yezz Andy 4.5 EL LTE device:
Method 1: Using the Home screen Recovery
1. Turn off your device
2. Press and hold the Home button and Power button simultaneously for about 15 seconds until you see the recovery screen
3. Tap on the recovery button to enter recovery mode
4. Tap on Wipe data/factory reset
5. Tap on Yes - delete all user data
6. Wait for your device to reset, this process can take a few minutes
7. Once the reset is complete, you will see your device a progress bar, then the Yezz logo will appear
Method 2: Using the Volume Up and Power buttons
1. Turn off your device
2. Press and hold the Volume Up button and Power button simultaneously until you see the Yezz logo
3. Release the Volume Up button and then press the Volume Down button until you see the Bootloader menu
4. Tap on Bootloader Settings
5. Tap on System Update
6. Tap on Yes
7. Wait for your device to reset, this process can take a few minutes
8. Once the reset is complete, your device will reboot into the bootloader menu
9. Select "Recovery" and enter recovery mode
10. Tap on Wipe data/factory reset
11. Tap on Yes - delete all user data
12. Wait for your device to reset, this process can take a few minutes
13. Once the reset is complete, you will see your device a progress bar, then the Yezz logo will appear
Method 3: Using the PC
1. Connect your device to the PC using a USB cable
2. Install the Yezz recovery tool on your PC
3. Run the recovery tool and select "Factory Reset"
