How to reset or factory restore Unnecto Pro device?

If you need to reset or factory restore your Unnecto Pro device, there are a few different methods you can use, depending on your device's operating system and whether you have access to a computer with the Unnecto Pro installation file. Here are the most common and recommended ways to reset or factory restore a Unnecto Pro device:
1. Reset from within the app:
* On a Windows or macOS device, open the Unnecto Pro application and go to the settings menu.
* Click on "Support" and then "Reset to factory settings".
* If prompted, enter the Unnecto Pro password or Unneo ID associated with the account to confirm that you want to reset the device.
1. Reset from a computer:
* On a Windows or macOS device, open a web browser and go to the Unnecto Pro website.
* Click on the "Support" tab and then "Download" to download the latest version of the Unnecto Pro software.
* Install the software on your Unnecto Pro device and enter the Unnecto Pro password or Unneo ID associated with the account.
* Go to the settings menu and click on "Support" and then "Reset to factory settings".
1. Reset using a smartphone:
* On an iOS or Android device, open the "Settings" app and go to the "General" settings.
* Scroll down and tap on "Delete unneo".
* Tap on "Continue".
* Enter the Unneo ID associated with the account and tap "Confirm".
