How to reset or factory restore Sendo SV663 device?

Method 1: Using a computer and the Stock Rom file

Method 3: Using the default recovery mode on your phone
1. Turn off your Sendo SV663 and then press and hold the Power button and the Volume Up key at the same time until the Samsung logo appears.
2. Use the Volume keys to navigate to "Wipe data/factory data" and press the power button to select it.
