How to reset or factory restore Sagem VS2 device?
Sagem VS2 devices allow users to reset the device to its original settings, often referred to as a factory restore. This can be helpful when the device is encountering issues or when you want to start fresh with a clean slate. There are three common methods to reset a Sagem VS2 device:
1. Using the Web Interface:
* Connect your Sagem VS2 device to your router or modem using an Ethernet cable.
* Open a web browser on a computer and type the device's IP address into the address bar. The exact IP address will depend on your device and router, but it is typically 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.254.
* Log into the web interface using the default username and password (usually "admin" and "password" respectively).
* Navigate to the "Maintenance" or "Advanced" menu and select "Factory Reset".
* Confirm the reset and wait for the device to reboot.
2. Using the WPS Button:
* Press and hold the WPS button on the back of the Sagem VS2 device for at least 10 seconds.
* On a computer, go to the "Control Panel" and click on "Network and Internet" and then "Network and Sharing Center".

3. Using a Reset Disk:

* Connect the Sagem VS2 device to your computer using a USB cable.
* Run the firmware updater software and follow the prompts to create a reset disk.
* Power off the Sagem VS2 device and unplug it from the power source.
* Place the reset disk into the Sagem VS2 device and power it on.
* Follow the prompts on the screen to reset the device to its factory settings.
