How to reset or factory restore Motorola WX260 device?
Motorola WX260 is a Motorola Walkie-Talkie device that can be easily reset or factory restored to its default settings. In this guide, I will explain the most common and recommended ways to reset or factory restore a Motorola WX260 device.
Method 1: Using the Side Button
1. Press and hold the side button until the device power off.
2. Release the button, press and hold the side button again until the device turns on.
3. Release the button, press and hold the side button again until the device enters the Master Menu.
4. Select the "Reset" option, then hold a button to confirm the reset.
5. Release all buttons and the device will reset to its default settings.
Method 2: Using the Factory Reset Case
1. Insert the Factory Reset Case into the device.
2. Press and hold the side button and the Power button together until the device turns on.
3. Release the buttons, then hold the side button and the Power button again until the device enters the Master Menu.
4. Select the "Reset" option, then hold a button to confirm the reset.
5. Release all buttons and the device will reset to its default settings.
Method 3: Using the PC Restore
