How to reset or factory restore Lava Iris 400Q device?

Step 6: Once the logo appears, use the volume up button to scroll through the menu and select the "Factory data reset" option.
Step 7: Select "Yes – Erase all user data" and confirm your choice. The device will now erase all your data and start from scratch.
