To reset or factory restore an Ericsson GF 337 device, there are several methods that can be attempted, including:

This method involves resetting the device to its factory settings. The process typically involves Pressing and holding the 1 key for 30 seconds until the screen goes blank. This process will erase all data and restore the device to its original factory state.
Method 2: Hard Reset (Battery Removal Method)
This method involves removing the device's battery while it is still powered on. This liquidizes all the data and applications on the device, including the settings, files, and user data. To perform this method, Press and hold the 1 key and the power button for 30 seconds until the screen goes blank. After that, disconnect the battery while still holding the Hard key until the device vibrates, after letting the battery recharge you can try again the process with the accumulator inserted.
Method 3: Contact Customer Support
If the previous methods do not work or you prefer, you could contact the device's manufacturer, Ericsson, for further assistance. They may offer a phone call support or a web-based guide for performing a soft or hard reset on your device.
Note: It's important to note that performing a hard reset on your device will erase all data and settings, and should only be attempted if no other method is successful or if you are unable to access your device's settings. Additionally, backup your data before trying any of the reset methods described above.
