How to reset or factory restore ZTE Reef device?
ZTE Reef devices can be reset or factory restored to their initial settings in the event of various problems such as slow performance, software issues, or other problems. The recommended ways to reset a ZTE Reef device are as follows:
Method 1: Using the Home button
* Power off the ZTE Reef device.
* Press and hold the Home button and the Volume Up button simultaneously for about 30 seconds.
* Release the buttons.
* The device will reboot and the ZTE logo will appear on the screen.
* Connect the device to your computer using a USB cable.
* Select the "Send to" option from the Home screen, and select "PC".
* The device will appear in the "Product Manager" on your computer.
* Click on the "Firmware" tab and download the firmware update that you need for your device.
* Once the download is complete, select the firmware update and click on "Install".
* The firmware update will be installed on the device.
