How to reset or factory restore Yezz Classic C20 device?
The Yezz Classic C20 device can be reset or factory restored to its original state in case of any software glitches or technical issues. There are two recommended ways to reset the Yezz Classic C20 device, which are:
1. Using a PC:
Step 1: Connect the Yezz Classic C20 device to your PC using a USB cable.
Step 2: Open the Device Manager on your PC by pressing Win+X and selecting Device Manager from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Locate the Yezz Classic C20 device in the Device Manager list and right-click on it.
Step 4: Select "Update driver" from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: In the Update Driver window, select "Browse my computer for driver software" and click "Next".
Step 6: Navigate to the location where the Yezz Classic C20 device driver is installed on your PC and select it.
Step 7: Click "Install" to install the driver.

Step 8: Wait for the device to reset to its original state.
