How to reset or factory restore Wiko View3 Lite device?
There are two ways to reset or factory restore a Wiko View3 Lite device:
Method 1: Using the recovery mode
1. Turn off your Wiko View3 Lite device.
2. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons together until the recovery mode appears.
3. Select "Factory Reset" using the Volume buttons.
4. Suppose you want to accept restore data from the external storage, select "Yes – Yes" using the Volume buttons.
5. Wait for the device to reboot.
Method 2: Using the Hard Reset method
WARNING: This method will erase all user data, apps, and settings on the device. It’s recommended to backup your information before attempting a hard reset.
1. Turn off your Wiko View3 Lite device.
2. Press and hold the Power button until the device vibrates.
3. Release the Power button and press and hold the Volume Down button.
4. Release the Volume Down button and press and hold the Power button again.
5. Release the power button and press the Volume Down button.
6. Release the Volume Down button and press and hold the Power button again.
7. Wait for the factory data reset to complete, which may take several minutes.
8. The device will reboot into the recovery mode, and you can then select "Yes – Yes" to restore data from the external storage, if desired.
It’s advised to use the recovery mode method if you have issues with the device’s software, whereas the hard reset method is recommended when there are severe hardware problems.
