How to reset or factory restore vivo iQOO U5e device?
Method 1: Using the Software Operation Center (ROC) application
1. Download and install the ROC application on your computer.
2. Connect the Vivo iQOO U5e device to the computer using a USB cable.
3. Open the ROC application and enter the address of the ROC server.
4. Select "Flash ROM" from the selection menu and choose the firmware firmware you wish to flash.
5. Click the "Flash" button to start the flashing process.
6. The device will be flashed with the current firmware firmware.
7. After the flashing process is complete, disconnect the device from the computer and reboot.
Method 2: Using the Recovery mode and the flashing tool
1. Turn off the Vivo iQOO U5e device.
2. Press and hold the volume up rocker button and the power button simultaneously to enter the recovery mode.
3. Use the Volume-down rocker to select "Recovery" and then press the power button to enter.
4. Once in recovery mode, select "Backup and restore" and then select "Flash ROM from SD card".

5. A flashing menu will appear on the screen, select "OK" to confirm.
6. Select "Backup and restore" and select "Backup".
7. Wait for the backup process to complete, or align the flash file with the backup.
8. Select "Backup and restore" -> "Flash ROM from SD card".
9. Follow the steps as instructed in Method 2 to complete the flashing process.
