How to reset or factory restore Ulefone Armor 2 device?
Ulefone Armor 2 device can be reset or factory restored by following the steps below:
Recommended Method 1: Using a Computer
1. Download and install the Ulefone Armor 2 USB driver on your computer. This can be found on the Ulefone website or in the device manual.
2. Use Ulefone PC Suite software to connect your device to your computer. This can be downloaded from the Ulefone website or cloud.
3. Back up any important data to an external hard drive or cloud service before resetting the device.
4. On your computer, select the "Tools" menu in PC Suite and choose "Reboot phone".
5. Tap the "Volume Up" button on your device twice while it is still connected to your computer. Release the button. Tap the "Volume Up" button again. Tap the "Volume Down" button. Continue in this sequence until you see the icon for the Ulefone Armor 2 factory reset.
6. Tap the icon to enter the factory reset menu.
7. Select "Yes" to confirm the factory reset.
8. Wait for the device to reset. This may take 10-15 minutes.
9. Once the reset is complete, Disconnect your device from computer and press power button and volume up button simultaneously for 10 seconds releases and wait until device is fully power off. When device is off, release both buttons and press and hold power key. Office Ulefone logo will appear on the screen, then press and hold volume down key until you see "Enter bootloader mode" on screen and then release the button.

Recommended Method 2: Using Only Devices
1. Back up any important data to an external hard drive or cloud service before resetting the device.
2. Tap and hold the power button and volume up button simultaneously until the Ulefone logo appears on the screen.
3. Release both buttons and then press and hold the power button.
4. Wait for the device to turn off and then press and hold the power button again.
5. Release the button and press and hold the volume down button also.
6. Wait for the device to restart and reboot in recovery mode.
7. Once the device is in recovery mode, select "Yes" to confirm the factory reset.
8. Wait for the device to reset. This may take 10-15 minutes.
9. Once the reset is complete, Disconnect your device from computer or other device and press power button and volume up button simultaneously for 10 seconds releases and wait until device is fully power off. When device is off, release both buttons and press and hold power key.
