On your computer, select the "Tools" menu in PC Suite and choose "Reboot phone". 5. Tap the "Volume Up" button on your device twice while it is still connected to your computer. Release the button. Tap the "Volume Up" button again. Tap the "Volume Down" button. Continue in this sequence until you see the icon for the Ulefone Armor 2 factory reset. 6. Tap the icon to enter the factory reset menu. 7. Select "Yes" to confirm the factory reset. 8. Wait for the device to reset. This may take 10-15 minutes. 9.
