What is a TSC number?

TSC number refers to the Teachers Service Commission number. It is a unique identification number assigned to all teachers in Kenya by the Teachers Service Commission.  is used to track teachers’ employment and service history, and to manage their benefits.

Requirements for Application 

• Valid academic and professional certificates: The teacher must have valid academic and professional certificates that meet the TSC’s requirements.
• National identity card: The teacher must have a valid national identity card.
• Bank slip: The teacher must have a bank slip showing payment of the application fee.
• One passport size photo: The teacher must provide one passport size photo.
• KRA pin: The teacher must have a KRA pin.
• GP69 form: The teacher must have a completed GP69 form.
• Certificate of good conduct: The teacher must have a valid certificate of good conduct from the National Police Service.
• Entry and work permits for non-Kenyans: If the teacher is not a Kenyan citizen, they must have a valid entry and work permit from the Kenyan government.

How to apply
