How to reset or factory restore Tecno Pouvoir 3 Plus device?
There are several ways to reset a Tecno Pouvoir 3 Plus device, but the most common and recommended methods are as follows:
Method 1: Reset with buttons
1. Turn off your Tecno Pouvoir 3 Plus device by pressing and holding the power button.
2. Release the power button and press and hold the Volume Up button at the same time.
3. Wait for the device to boot into recovery mode. You may see "No command" prompt on the screen, which means you are in recovery mode.
4. If you do not see recovery mode, press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button at the same time. If the device does not boot, try again.
5. Use the Volume buttons to navigate to the wipe data/factory reset option and press the Power button to select it.
6. Wait for the device to wipe the data and reboot. Once the device has booted, set up a new profile and enter your PIN, password, or pattern to unlock it.
Method 2: Reset and restore with computer
1. Connect your Tecno Pouvoir 3 Plus device to your computer using a USB cable.
2. Install the Tecno Firmware Flash Tool software on your computer, which can be downloaded from the official Tecno website.
3. Open the Tecno Firmware Flash Tool software and select the device's firmware or stock ROM zip file from your computer.
4. Make sure you backup your important data and information before proceeding, as this method will erase all data on your device.
5. Click on the "Manage Flashing" button and choose "Flash" or "Update."
6. Wait for the device to flash the firmware or stock ROM. Do not interrupt the flashing process.
