How to reset or factory restore TCL NxtPaper device?
TCL NxtPaper is a smart digital pen developed by NextNote Inc. When the device is unwieldy, lost, or damaged, users may want to reset or factory restore the device to its initial state. Method 1: Resetting the device through the mobile app
To reset the TCL NxtPaper device through the mobile app, follow these steps:
1. Open the NextNote mobile app and sign in with your account.
2. Select the TCL NxtPaper device you want to reset.
3. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to reveal the device settings.
4. Tap on the "Reset to Factory Settings" button.
5. Confirm the reset by tapping "Yes" when prompted.

Method 2: Factory resetting the device using the provided button

Method 3: Resetting the device using a PC
To reset the TCL NxtPaper device using a PC, follow these steps:

2. Install the NextNote desktop app from the NextNote website.
