How to reset or factory restore TCL A30 device?

d. Release both buttons and then press the Volume-Up button again until you enter Recovery Mode.
e. Once in Recovery Mode, use the volume keys to highlight the Wipe Data/Factory Reset option.
f. Press the Power key to select it.
g. Wait for the process to finish wiping the data.
