How to reset or factory restore Sewon SRS-3300 device?
Resetting the Sewon SRS-3300 is a process in which you delete the current data installed on the device and restore it to its original factory settings.
There are two ways to reset or factory restore a Sewon SRS-3300 device:
1. Using the software provided by Sewon Technology
Before resetting or factory restoring your device, make sure you have updated the firmware to the latest version.
1. Update the firmware using Sewon SRS-3300 software.
2. Make sure the device is connected to a power source, and the USB port is enabled.
3. Download and install the Sewon SRS-3300 software on your computer.
4. Connect the device to your computer using a USB cable.
5. Run the Sewon SRS-3300 software.
6. Select "Reset to Factory Settings" from the menu.
7. Wait for the device to reset and restart.
8. Disconnect the device from your computer.
2. Using the hardware button on the device
Before resetting or factory restoring your device using the hardware button, make sure you back up your data to an external device.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
3. Press the lock button to unlock the device.
4. Use the power button to scroll through the menu options until you reach "Reset to Factory Settings."
5. Press the lock button to select "Reset to Factory Settings."
