How to reset or factory restore Sendo D800 device?
The Sendo D800 is a smartphone that runs on the Android operating system. There are two ways to reset or factory restore a Sendo D800 device:
1. Using the Recovery Mode:
This method requires a computer with the Android SDK platform tools installed and a USB cable to connect your phone to the computer. Here are the steps to reset your Sendo D800 using Recovery Mode:
i. Turn off your phone.
ii. Press and hold the power and volume up buttons until you see the Sendo logo on the screen.
iii. Release both buttons and wait for the recovery menu to appear. If you see a triangle with an exclamation mark, press and hold the power button until you enter recovery mode.
iv. Once you're in recovery mode, select "Wipe data/factory reset" and then select "Yes - delete all user data".
v. After you've deleted all user data, select "Reboot system" to restart your phone.
vi. Set up your phone as a new device.
2. Using the Power Button:
This method requires your phone to be turned off. Here are the steps to reset your Sendo D800 using the power button:
i. Turn off your phone.
ii. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds until you see a message that says "Reboot to recovery mode".
iii. Release the power button and wait for the recovery menu to appear.
iv. Once you're in recovery mode, select "Wipe data/factory reset" and then select "Yes - delete all user data".
v. After you've deleted all user data, select "Reboot system" to restart your phone.
vi. Set up your phone as a new device.
Note: Before resetting your phone, make sure you have backed up all your data to an external storage device or to Google Drive, as resetting your phone will erase all your data and settings.
