How to reset or factory restore Samsung Ch@t 222 device?
1. Hard Reset:
Steps:
* Turn off your Samsung Ch@t 222 device by pressing and holding the power button until the phone shuts down.
* Press and hold the power button, volume up button, and home button simultaneously.
* Release the volume up button, but continue to hold the power and home buttons until you see the "Wipe data/factory data reset" option.
* Select "Wipe data/factory data reset" using the volume down button.
* Press and hold the power button to confirm the selection.
* Wait for the phone to erase all data and restore to factory settings. This process may take several minutes.
2. Resetting via PC:
Steps:
* Download and install Samsung Smart Switch on your computer.
