How to reset or factory restore QMobile B800 device?
To reset or factory restore a QMobile B800 device, you can follow the steps below:
Method 1: Hard Reset
1. Turn off the device by pressing and holding the power button until the device turns off.
2. Press and hold the volume up and power buttons simultaneously until the device enters recovery mode.
3. Use the volume buttons to highlight the "Factory Data Reset" option and press the power button to select it.
4. Use the volume buttons to confirm the reset and press the power button.
5. The device will now erase all user data and return to its original state.
Note: Before performing a hard reset, make a backup of all important data such as contacts, messages, photos, and files.
Method 2: USB Data Cable
1. Connect the QMobile B800 device to your computer using a USB data cable.
2. Install the QMobile B800 USB driver on your computer.
3. Launch the "My Backup BD or Restore BD" software on your computer.
4. Select "Back Up" and then "Backup to PC".
