How to reset or factory restore Pantech Link device?
1. Reset to default settings using a computer:
a. Connect the Pantech Link device to your computer using a USB cable.
b. Download and install the Pantech Link software from the official website.
c. Click on the "Pantech Link" icon in your computer's notification area or system tray.
d. Go to the "Setting" menu and select "Reset to default settings".
e. In the "Reset to Default Settings" dialog box, make sure you understand all the warning messages and check the box next to "Backup all file to my computerโ.
f. Click "Yes" to begin the resetting process.
g. Wait for the device to restart and return to factory settings.
2. Reset to default settings by using a rotation lock:
a. Switch on your device and press the power button until it enters emergency mode or lock screen.
b. In emergency mode, press the centered cell phone button (the star button) several times, while holding down the up or down arrow keys.
