1. Go to the home screen and press the numbers 0, * and 1# simultaneously for 10 seconds.
2. You will see a message "Enter the password to erase data/factory data" on your screen. The default password is 258.

5. You will see a message "Erase all user data and personal settings?" Tap OK.
6. After a few minutes, your device will erase all data and settings and reset to its original state.
Physical reset is the more difficult method, but it can be done if you've lost access to all the available methods. It involves physically pressing the buttons on your device's motherboard to reset it. This process can damage your device if done incorrectly. Here are the steps to do a physical reset:
1. Turn off your device.
2. Remove the back cover to expose the screws holding the motherboard in place.
3. Use a screwdriver to pry off the motherboard from the phone's body.
4. Flip the motherboard over and locate the three buttons labeled 0, * and 1#.
5. Hold down the buttons for 10 seconds.
6. After 10 seconds, release the buttons.
7. Flip the motherboard back over and reconnect it to the phone's body.
8. Turn on your device. When prompted to enter a password, touch OK.
9. After a few minutes, your device will erase all data and settings and reset to its original state.
