How to reset or factory restore Motorola WX180 device?

However, there may be situations where you want to reset or factory restore the device to its default settings. 1. Using the device itself: The easiest way to reset a Motorola WX180 device is to use the device itself. Press and hold the "POWER" button for ten seconds until the device starts flashing. This will put the device into reset mode. Once the device is flashing, press and hold the "STATUS" button until it stops. The device will now be reset to its default settings.
2. Using the key code: You can also use a key code to reset the Motorola WX180 device. The key code for this device is "9999". To use the key code, first, Press and hold the "POWER" button for a few seconds until the device starts flashing. Next, release the "POWER" button and press the "KEY" button (usually located at the top of the device) until you hear a beep. Now, press and hold the "POWER" button again for a few seconds until the device flashes. Once it flashes, press and hold the "KEY" button for a few seconds until you hear a beep.
