3. Release both buttons and wait for the Motorola logo to fade away.
4. Press and hold the volume down button until the "Reset options" menu appears on the screen.

10. The device will now reset to its default settings, and the Motorola logo will appear on the screen.
Hard Reset:
1. Turn off the device by pressing and holding the power button until the phone shuts down.
2. Press and hold the volume up button and the power button together until the Motorola logo appears on the screen.
3. Release both buttons and wait for the Motorola logo to fade away.

9. Select "Yes - Reset options" using the volume up and volume down buttons.
10. The device will now begin the hard reset process, which may take several minutes. Once it is complete, the Motorola logo will appear on the screen.
It is important to note that hard reset should only be used as a last resort, as it cannot be undone. Also, it is recommended to make a backup of any important data before performing a hard reset to avoid losing it.
