How to reset or factory restore Micromax X278 device?

Method 1: Using Hardware Keys
1. Turn off your device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons together for 10-15 seconds until the device enters the Bootloader mode.
3. In the Bootloader mode, select "Recovery" using the Volume Down button and press the Power button.
4. In the Recovery mode, select "Factory Data Reset" using the Volume Down button and press the Power button.
5. Confirm the reset by selecting "Yes" using the Volume Down button and press the Power button.
6. Wait for the device to reset.
Method 2: Using Software Tools
1. Download and install Micromax X278 drivers on your computer.
2. Download and install Micromax Mobile Support Tool on your computer.
3. Connect your device to the computer using a USB cable.
