How to reset or factory restore Micromax Bolt Q381 device?
The Micromax Bolt Q381 device can be reset or factory restored to its original state when it becomes unresponsive, corrupt, or responsive but unusable. Hard Reset:
Hard reset is also known as a factory data reset or master reset. It deletes all user data and settings and returns the device to its original state. To perform a hard reset on a Micromax Bolt Q381 device, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the device by pressing the power button for a few seconds until the device shuts down.
2. Press and hold the power button and volume down button simultaneously for at least 5 seconds.
3. Release both buttons and wait for the Micromax logo to appear on the screen.
4. Press the volume down button again and select “Yes – Delete all user data/factory data reset”.
5. Wait for the device to reset for a few minutes.
