How to reset or factory restore Maxwest Tab Phone 72DC device?
There are two common ways to reset or factory restore a Maxwest Tab Phone 72DC device:
Method 1: Using the back button

1. Turn off the phone by holding down the power button for 10 seconds until the power turns off.
2. Press and hold the back button for 10 seconds until the Maxwest logo appears on the screen.
3. Release the back button and press the volume up button, then release it.
4. The phone will boot into the recovery mode screen.
5. On the recovery mode screen, select "Factory Reset" and then "Yes – Delete all user data/factory reset".
6. Wait for the phone to reset itself, which may take several minutes.
7. Once the phone has reset, turn it back on by holding down the power button until the phone turns on.
Method 2: Using a computer

2. Open the "Android File Transfer" program on your computer and navigate to the "Devices" section in the left-hand column.
3. Click on the name of your phone in the middle of the screen, which should appear on your computer's list of available devices.

5. Double-click on this file to extract it to your computer.

7. The phone should boot into the recovery mode screen now.
