How to reset or factory restore LG CG180 device?
There are two common ways to reset or factory restore a LG CG180 device:
1. Using the built-in reset option:
To reset your LG CG180 device to its factory settings, follow these steps:
* Turn off your device by pressing and holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the device shuts down.
* Press and hold the Volume Down button, the Home button, and the Power button at the same time for about 12 seconds until the device enters Recovery Mode. You may see the LG logo on the screen.

To factory reset your LG CG180 device using a computer and the LG Backup Assistant, follow these steps:
* Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable.
* Install the LG Backup Assistant software on your computer.
* Open the LG Backup Assistant and select your device from the list of connected devices.

* Backup your important data to your computer.
* Disconnect your device from your computer.
