How to reset or factory restore Lava P7+ device?
There are several ways to reset or factory restore a Lava P7+ device, depending on the specific settings and storage options of the device. Here are the most common and recommended ways:
1. Via OTA (Over-the-Air) Update:
* Go to the Phone Settings -> Backup & Reset menu and select Factory Data Reset.
* Scroll down the screen and select "Yes, I want to delete all user data."
* Select "Personal data/storage" and choose the storage option of your choice.
* Select "Reset phone" and wait for the device to reset.
2. Using a Computer:
* Install Lava P7+ USB driver on your computer
* Connect your Lava P7+ phone to computer using USB cable
* Click on Lava P7+ device in Computer Manager, then click "Tools" tab and select "Thank you (camera)"
* turn on the phone and press and hold the Vol down key and Power key for 10 seconds
* When "Recovery Mode" appears on the screen, use Volume button to highlight "Wipe data/factory reset" and press the power button to confirm

* Go to the Phone Settings -> Backup & Reset menu and select Factory Data Reset.
* Select "Yes, I want to delete all user data."
