To reset or factory restore an Icemobile Shine device, you can follow these common and recommended methods:
Method 1: Using Hardware Keys
1. Press and hold the power button and the home button simultaneously for 10 seconds until the Icemobile logo appears on the screen.
2. Release the buttons and press and hold the volume up button and the power button simultaneously for 10 seconds until the Icemobile bootloader screen appears.
3. Connect your Icemobile Shine device to your computer using a USB cable.
4. Open the appropriate software for your Icemobile device (e.g. flash file manager or manufacturer's recovery tool) on your computer.
5. Click on the "factory reset" or "wipe data/factory reset" option and confirm the action.
6. Wait for the device to reset and reboot.
Method 2: Using Recovery Mode
1. Press and hold the power button until the Icemobile logo appears on the screen.
