To reset or factory restore an Icemobile Hydro device, follow the steps below:
Method 1: Using the Hardware Buttons
1. Turn off the device by holding the Power button down until the screen goes black.
2. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously.
3. Keep holding both buttons until the Icemobile logo appears on the screen.
4. Release the Volume Down button, but continue holding the Power button.
5. Wait for the device to enter the recovery mode.
6. Once in recovery mode, use the Volume buttons to select "Wipe Data/ Factory Reset" and the Power button to confirm the selection.
7. Wait for the device to reset completely.
Method 2: Using the Recovery Mode Menu
1. Turn off the device by holding the Power button down until the screen goes black.
2. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Up button simultaneously until the Icemobile logo appears on the screen.
3. Release the Volume Up button, but continue holding the Power button.
4. Wait for the device to enter the recovery mode.
5. Use the Volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe Data/ Factory Reset" and the Power button to select it.
6. Wait for the device to reset completely.

2. Install the Icemobile Hydro driver on your computer.
3. Open the "Control Panel" on your computer and go to "Software and More Options".
4. Click on "Remove Software" and then "Manage Any Software you Would Like to Remove".
5. Check the box next to "Icemobile Hydro" and click on "Remove".
6. Once the removal process is complete, reboot your computer.
7. Connect the Icemobile Hydro device to your computer again using a USB cable.
8. Open the "Control Panel" on your computer and go to "Backups and Security".
9. Click on "Browse" and then select the folder where you want to store the backup file.
10. Click on "Next" and then "Backup".
11. Once the backup process is complete, unplug the device from the computer.

13. Press and hold the Home button and the Volume Up button simultaneously until the Icemobile logo appears on the screen.
