How to reset or factory restore Icemobile Apollo device?
There are three common and recommended ways to reset or factory restore an Icemobile Apollo device:
Method 1: Using the recovery menu
1. Turn off the Icemobile Apollo device.
2. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume up button together.
3. Continue to press both buttons until the recovery menu icon appears on the screen.
4. Use the Volume buttons to navigate to the "Wipe data/factory data" option and select it.
5. On the next screen, select "Yes - delete all user data" and wait for the device to reset and reboot.
Note: This method will erase all data on the device, including personal files, applications, and settings. Make sure to backup any important data before using this method to reset the device.
Method 2: Using a computer
1. Connect the Icemobile Apollo device to a computer using a USB cable.
2. Install the Icemobile Apollo recovery software on the computer.
3. Run the Icemobile Apollo recovery program and select "Factory Data Reset" from the list.
4. Select "Yes" to confirm the reset process and wait for the device to reset and reboot.
Note: This method will also erase all data on the device, so make sure to backup any important files before using this method to reset the device.
Method 3: Using a hardware reset button
Note: This method should only be used if the device software is completely bricked and other methods have failed.
The location of the hardware reset button may vary depending on the version of Icemobile Apollo device. Generally, the hardware reset button is located at the back of the device. Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then release the button. This will bring the device into recovery mode.
