How to reset or factory restore i-mate JAM device?
To reset or factory restore an i-mate JAM device, you can follow one of the following methods:
Method 1: Using Soft Reset
To perform a soft reset on your i-mate JAM device, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold down the power button for 10 seconds.
2. Release the power button and wait for the phone to turn off completely.
3. Press and hold down the power button again until the device turns on.
4. You should now see the i-mate logo on your device.
5. Release the power button and select "Home" on your device.
