How to reset or factory restore Haier A600 device?
There are two common ways to reset/factory restore a Haier A600 device:
1. Soft Reset: A soft reset is also known as a power-off/power-on reset. It is a simple process that involves turning off the screen recorder and turning it back on. This process may not completely remove all stored data and settings, but it can help to reset some of the basic settings. Here are the steps:
a. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the screen goes black.
b. Release the power button.
c. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
d. Release the power button. The screen recorder should now be turned off.
e. Wait for about 30 seconds and then press the power button to turn the screen recorder back on.
f. Go to the “ setting” menu on the screen recorder and select the “reset” option.
g. Confirm the reset by selecting the “yes” option.
2. Factory Reset: A factory reset resets all settings on the device to their original factory settings. This process will erase all data on the device, including any videos recorded. This process should only be done if you want to completely reset the screen recorder and start fresh. Here are the steps:
a. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the screen goes black.
b. Release the power button.
c. While still holding the power button, press and hold the volume down button.
d. Continue holding both buttons for another 10 seconds or until you enter the recovery mode.
e. In the recovery mode, use the volume buttons to navigate to the "wipe data/factory reset" option and use the power button to select it.
f. Confirm the reset by selecting the "yes" option.
g. Wait for the screen recorder to reset and then turn it off using the power button.
h. Turn the screen recorder back on by pressing the power button.
Please note that a factory reset will erase all data on the device and cannot be undone. Before performing a factory reset, make sure to backup all important data on another device.
