How to reset or factory restore Celkon C337 device?
The Celkon C337 smartphone can be reset or factory restored to its factory settings if needed. There are two commonly recommended methods to do so:
Method 1: Reset via the Menu
1. Power off your Celkon C337 device by holding down the power button for 10-15 seconds until the device turns off.
2. Once the device is turned off, press and hold the volume-down button and the power button together until the Celkon logo appears on the screen.
3. Release both buttons, then press and hold the volume-up button until the Celkon logo appears again.
4. Release the button, then wait for the "Globalstar Rom" loading icon to appear on the screen.
5. When the "Globalstar Rom" loading icon appears, press and hold the volume-up button and the power button together for a few seconds until the loading icon disappears.
6. Release both buttons, then press and hold the volume-up button again.
7. Release the volume-down button when the "Restore Now!" message appears on the screen.
8. Wait for the device to restart, and it should now be in the recovery mode.
Method 2: Reset via Bootloader
1. Connect your Celkon C337 device to your PC using the USB cable.
2. Open a command prompt and run the following commands:
* Fastboot devices
* Fastboot reboot bootloader
* Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
3. Disconnect your device from the PC, then power off your device by holding down the power button for 10-15 seconds.
4. Press and hold the volume-down button and the power button together until the Celkon logo appears on the screen.
5. Release both buttons, then press and hold the volume-up button until the Celkon logo appears again.
6. Release the button, then wait for the "Globalstar Rom" loading icon to appear on the screen.
7. When the "Globalstar Rom" loading icon appears, press and hold the volume-up button and the power button together for a few seconds until the loading icon disappears.
8. Release both buttons, then press and hold the volume-up button again.
9. Release the volume-down button when the "Restore Now!" message appears on the screen.
10. Wait for the device to restart, and it should now be in the recovery mode.
Note: Factory restoring your Celkon device will erase all user data, so make sure to back up any important information before proceeding with the factory reset process.
