To reset or factory restore a BLU X Link device, you can follow these steps:
1. Charge your Blu X Link device: Before beginning the reset process, make sure that your device has enough battery charge to complete the process.
2. Connect your device to the computer using a USB cable: Connect the USB cable to the Blu X Link device and to a computer running Windows 10.
3. Install the latest software: Make sure that your Blu X Link device is running the latest software version. You can download and install the latest software from the Blu X Link website.
4. Open Device Manager: Open the Device Manager by pressing the Windows key and typing "Device Manager" into the search bar. Double-click on Device Manager to open it.
5. Identify the device: Expand the "Bluetooth Devices" category, and you should see a list of all the Bluetooth devices connected to your computer. Find the Blu X Link device on the list and right-click on it.
6. Unpair the device: Click on "Properties" and then click on the "Power Management" tab. Under "Power Options," make sure that the "Allow this device to wake the computer" option is not selected. Click on "Unpair" to disconnect the device from your computer.
