How to reset or factory restore BLU Neo X LTE device?
BLU Neo X LTE can be reset or factory restored using either an automated process or manual process. Depending on the device’s firmware version and carrier settings, the process might take some time or may not work.
Here are the common and recommended ways to reset or factory restore a BLU Neo X LTE:
1. Software Update Process:
Step 1: Make sure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
Step 2: Go to the manufacturer’s website, and download the latest software update for your device.
Step 3: Install the software update by following the on-screen instructions.
Step 4: After the update is installed, the device will restart automatically.
Step 5: The device will now be updated with the latest firmware, and the settings will be reset.
Step 6: You will be prompted to set up the device as if it were new, with the default settings for each feature.
2. Hard Reset process:
Step 1: Turn off the device, press and hold the power button.
Step 2: Keep the power button pressed for approximately 20 minutes.
Step 3: Release the power button after exactly 20 minutes.
Step 4: Wait for the device to restart. The device will restart in bootloader mode.
Step 5: Press the power button until recovery mode appears on the screen.
Step 6: Wait for the recovery instructions to appear on the screen.
Step 7: Scroll down to the “Factory reset” option and select it.
Step 8: Confirm the reset, and wait for the device to restart.

Step 5: Open the device drivers on the computer, and enter the manufacturer’s bootloader address using the volume buttons on the device.
Step 6: Select the “Master Boot Record” option from the menu.
Step 7: The device will boot up to the user interface, and the settings will be reset to factory settings.
