How to reset or factory restore BLU Neo Pro device?
BLU Neo Pro devices can be reset or factory restored to resolve various issues or to restore the device to its previous, uncustomized state. There are a few common and recommended ways to reset or factory restore a BLU Neo Pro device, which are as follows:
1. Using the hardware buttons: This method involves using the Power and Volume Down buttons on the device to reset it. Follow these steps to reset the device using hardware buttons:
- Turn off the device.

- Press and hold the Volume Down button until the device enters the bootloader menu.
