How to reset or factory restore BLU Magic device?
Blu Magic devices may sometimes become unresponsive, slow, or stop working altogether. In such cases, resetting or factory resetting the device may help solve the problem. Here are the most common and recommended ways to reset a Blu Magic device:
Method 1: Using the Home button and Volume up key
1. Turn off your Blu Magic device completely by pressing and holding the Power button until the device shuts down.
2. Press and hold the Home button and Volume up key together for about 10-15 seconds. You should see the Blu Magic logo on the screen.
3. Release the Home button and Volume up key. The device should enter the recovery mode screen.
4. On the recovery mode screen, select the Factory data reset option by using the Volume keys.
5. Once you have selected the Factory data reset option, confirm it by selecting Yes - Delete all user data.
6. The device will start to wipe all user data and restore itself to its factory settings. This process may take some time, depending on the amount of data stored on the device.

1. Connect your Blu Magic device to a computer using a USB cable and make sure that the computer recognizes the device.

3. Launch the program called USB Debugger from the Blu Magic software suite.
4. In the USB Debugger program, select the Blu Magic device from the list of available devices.
5. Click on the Home button and Volume up button on your Blu Magic device simultaneously. This will put the device into Recovery Mode.
6. On the Recovery Mode screen, select the Factory data reset option by using the Volume keys.
