Take off the BLU Dash case from your phone. 2. Reset your phone to its factory settings. You can do this by going to Settings > General > Reset > Factory Reset. 3. Once your phone has reset, put the BLU Dash case back on. Method 2: Use iTunes 1. Connect your phone to your computer using a USB cable. 2. Open iTunes and sync your phone. 3. Force close the iTunes app. 4. Hold down the Volume Down button on your phone until the lock screen appears. 5. Press and hold the lock button until the Connect to iPhone screen pops up. 6.
