Method 1: Using the Power Button and the Volume Up button
1. Turn off your device by pressing and holding the Power button for 10 seconds.
2. After the device is completely turned off, press and hold the Volume Up button.
3. Press and hold the Power button at the same time as the Volume Up button.
4. Keep holding the two buttons until the Alcatel logo appears on the screen.
5. When the logo appears, here are the options you can choose from:
* Wipe data/factory reset: this option will freeze your device and prompt you to confirm the action.
* Wipe data/factory reset and Full system memory format: if selected, this option will erase all data and formatting on your device. It is recommended to use this option if you have forgotten your PIN or password and want to reset all settings and data on your device.
