Method 1: Using the Power Button and the Volume Up button
1. Turn off your device by pressing and holding the Power button for 10 seconds.

3. Press and hold the Power button at the same time as the Volume Up button.
4. Keep holding the two buttons until the Alcatel logo appears on the screen.
5. When the logo appears, here are the options you can choose from:
* Wipe data/factory reset: this option will freeze your device and prompt you to confirm the action.
